Customer Service
A distinguishing characteristic of Ready Marketing is the excellent customer service provided. We maintain an excellent relationship with our customers and vendors through phone, email and face to face communications. Below is a top-line overview of their responsibilities:
- Management of documentation/forms required for vendor/manufacturer set up and maintenance.
- Management of new sku set up and ongoing maintenance of skus ie. price change, price protection, sku transitions and/or end of life.
- Distribution of weekly inventory reports as available from retailers; analysis of in-stock quantities and ad inventory.
- Order management from receipt of orders to store delivery. Liaison between retail replenishment and vendor customer service/shipping.
- Ad schedule and rebate maintenance, including creation and submission of all necessary rebate paperwork.
- EDI liaison between manufacturer and retailer.
